After years of corruption, murder of American hostages, and betrayal of foreign policies, the US with the help of other Nations will finally attempt to overthrow the dictator who has caused devastation in South America for over 20 years. This is highly ironic considering that in actual history, the US has been the one working to support and fund US-backed dictators in Latin America. Examples of this can be found in El Salvador, Nicaragua and Chile, just to name a few, all of which resulted in atrocious human rights violations under the power of the dictators that the US was supporting (think back on the Iran-Contra scandal during the Reagan Administration).
